The food was really excellent. Everything from breakfast places to moles to drinks. The service was slow, even though we were one of the only groups there, so that is something to be aware of if anyone is in a rush.

The entrance to the place is spectacular, it resembles a lot to the culture. The terrace has a great view to the pyramid of Cholula. The food is ok but nothing great. The service is really good, though at the end they included a 15% tip.

The cozy atmosphere was even more enjoyable with just a few other diners and a couple of guests at the bar, giving the evening an intimate, relaxed feel. I ordered the Mole Poblano with turkey (guajolote) and was genuinely impressed—it had a deep, complex flavor without being too sweet, which I appreciated since I usually prefer Mole Rojo. Our waiter recommended we start with sopes, and they were excellent—the masa had a rich, homemade taste that really stood out. The drinks were on the fruitier side and not very strong, but still refreshing. I balanced things out with a shot of mezcal, which hit the spot. To top it all off, when we were waiting for our Uber, the staff member at the door kindly lent us an umbrella and walked us to our car—such a thoughtful gesture and a perfect end to the night. Highly recommend this place for its warm service, delicious food, and cozy ambiance!
